My goal with personal training is to take your state of health and fitness to the next level as efficiently and effectively as possible. Whether you’re seeking weight loss, pain management, sport-specific training, or an improved mind-body connection, I can create an effective program for you.
I specialize in customizing programs for my clients, and I enjoy the challenge of finding creative ways to help them succeed. Progression is key! It’s extremely important to progress clients in a safe and effective manner by starting with basic movements and implementing more complexity and skill over time.
Training sessions can be tailored to eliminating chronic pain through specific therapeutic strengthening. You need strong muscles that work together the right way to stay pain free.
Everyone is unique and should be treated as such. I’ll always listen, observe, and give and receive feedback to create a unique program for you.
